User expands skill categories, clicks relevant skills, adds a custom skill
The skills step shows 10 expandable categories (Technical, Software & Tools, Customer Service, Languages, etc.). Users click individual skill chips to add them. They can also type in custom skills not in the list. Skills feed directly into the ATS score checker.
